Kopfbedeckungen und ich sind keine großartigen Freunde, aber es gibt Ausnahmen. So das Modell Nellie Crush von Lisa Cruse. An einem Abend schnell gestrickt, harrt es jetzt des Filzprozesses, über den ich mir noch uneins bin (Hand oder Maschine?)
Things which want to cover my head and I don’t go with each other well usually, but there are exceptions. Like the Nellie Crush pattern by Lisa Cruse. It’s really a quick knit, done on one evenging, and now it’s waiting for the felting process to begin. But I’m a bit uneasy yet whether to felt it by hand or by machine.

Klein wenig eingeschränkte Sicht, aber sonst schon ganz nett. Bin gespannt wie er sich dann gefilzt macht, der ist mir auch schon bei ravelry aufgefallen.

Aber ganz schnell rein damit in die Wama, damit wir das Resultat zu sehen kriegen. Ist auch schon bei meinen Faves bei ravelry, aber gestrickt wird erst im nächsten Herbst!

hand unless you have a top loading washer. Otherwise, it is pretty hard to keep checking every five minutes…..
More work than the machine but there is something very satisfying about squishing and smashing wool. (and plungers are not recommended as an alternative)

I pretty much came to the same conclusion; I have a front loader. When there’s enough time, I’ll go for a little hand felting session tomorrow.
