Als Waage fallen mir die kleinen, belanglosen Entscheidungen schwer. Der rosenfarbene Raglan nähert sich der Vollendung, und mich treibt die Frage um: Was mache ich als nächstes???

A libra that I am I have difficulties with insignificant decisions. The red raglan sweater will be finished soon, and I already torture myself with the question: Which project to start?

Natürlich könnte ich meine Ufos und WiPs aufarbeiten, aber lassen wir den Blödsinn und wenden uns den interessanten Projekten zu, die mich reizen: Ich möchte auf jeden Fall Wolle verstricken, die ich von Skye mitgebracht habe, und da gibt es zwei Möglichkeiten:

1. Ein naturfarbener Aran mit farbigem Intarsienmuster anstelle der Bündchen. Das Garn ist pflanzengefärbt (Shilasdair)

2. Ein klassischer Gansey in einem wundervollen Königsblau. Das Garn stammt von Harris.

Schwierig, nicht wahr?

Of course, I could pick up my numerous Ufos and WiPs, but I simply don’t feel like this. I’m very much drawn to the yarns I brought from Skye instead. And this means there are two possible projects:

1. A cream coloured aran sweater with colourful intarsia instead of traditional cuff sections (the yarn is plant dyed, from Shilasdair)

2. A traditional gansey, knitted with royal-blue yarn from the Isle of Harris.

It’s rather difficult to decide, isn’t it?
