Poncho - Anfang

Nein, liebe Damen, dies ist keine Läppchenleine aus der Rubrik “sinnfreies Stricken”. Dies ist der offizielle und im Buch Inka niedergelegte Anfang des Poncho-Sweaters von Marianne Isager. Natürlich ist dies ein Projekt, dass ich wieder mit Nadelstärke 3 endlos vor mich hinprökeln werde. Eines jedoch habe ich festgestellt: Für das berühmte dänische Strickdesign braucht man schon etwas Abenteuergeist. :D

No, my dear readers, this is NOT a cloth-line from the section “senseless knitting”. This is the official begin of the Poncho sweater, as it is described in the book Inka by Marianne Isager. Of course this is a project which will make me fumble around with 3-mm needles forever. But one thing I have learned in the meantime: for executing these beautiful projects which are named Danish knit design one needs a good amount of adventurous spirit. :D
