Ich gebe es zu: nachdem ich das erste große Teil von Studio Long (Hanne Falkenberg) fertiggestrickt hatte, konnte ich weder Nadeln der Stärke 3 noch die entsprechend dünne Wolle mehr sehen. Daher wich ich auf andere Projekte aus, allerdings lustlos und halbherzig. Ich strickte mal hier, mal da, nichts wurde fertig.

I have to confess that, after finishing the first large piece of Studio Long by Hanne Falkenberg, I was sick of knitting with thin needles (3mm) and equally thin yarn. I moved to other projects instead, but I did it in a weary and half-hearted way. I knitted here and there, and finished nothing.

Jetzt hat mich die Motivation wieder gepackt. Ich will den Pullover fertigstricken, um den Kopf frei für neue Sachen zu bekommen und weil ich mich sehr auf ihn freue. Das Wissen, dass ich bald ein grüüüüüüüüüüüüüüünes Armband zum grüüüüüüüüüüüüünen Pullover bekomme, tat ein übriges. Das Armband werde ich auch zu dem rooooooooooooten Pullover tragen können, den ich im Anschluss stricken werde (auch mit NS3)

Now I got my motivation back. I just want to finish this sweater, for being free for new challenges, and because I really look forward to wear it. Last but not least: soon I will receive a green bracelet, matching the green sweater. The bracelet will match the red sweater I will start with afterwards.

Das Bild zeigt den Zwischenstand des zweiten großen Teils, nach dem Anstricken von Dreieck Z (nicht zu verwechseln mit Dreieck T oder der gestreiften Ecke O…). Jetzt folgen noch gefühlte 150 000 qrips (das Falkenberg-Wort für Querrippen). Kann jemand zufällig mit ein paar Durchhalteparolen dienen?

The picture shows the second large piece, just after knitting the side panel and the triangle T together. Now there are just about 150 000 ribs to follow (at least it feels like that). Has anybody some motivation left for me?
