Ja ist denn jetzt schon Weihnachten? Meine Mutter hat ihren Urlaub in Schottland verbracht und mir viele Geschenke mitgebracht. Als da wären: 1 kg schottische Hochlandwolle in Naturweiß, zwei Päckchen mit kleinen Garnsträngen, ein Buch über schottische Geister, eine Postkarte mit einem süßen Hochlandrind (ich finde die Viecher ja total niedlich), ein Büchlein über Aranpullover, zwei schöne Anleitungen für Aranpullover, schöne Steine und Muscheln, darunter eine große Wellhornschnecke. Der Lebensgefährte geht natürlich auch nicht leer aus. Er bekam eine Flasche Whisky und eine Flasche mit schottischem Whiskylikör. Hach!

Has Christmas time already come? My mother spent her holidays in Scotland and brought tons of presents for me: 1 kg of Scottish Highland yarn, two packs with small skeins of different yarns, a book about Scottish ghosts, a postcard which shows one of these cute highland cattles, a book about Aran sweaters, two leaflets with aran sweater patterns, beautiful stones and seashells. My partner got a bottle of whisky and one with whisky liqueur. Yeah!
