Dies ist mein erster Versuch, aus handgesponnenem Garn etwas zu stricken. Das erste Stadium sieht man hier, meine Lieblingsspindel mit einem aus mehreren Farben zusammengesetzten Faden. Der Übersichtlichkeit halber soll dies ein kleines Projekt werden, sehr bunt, nicht ganz so dünn (ich lerne ja noch) und für zuhause. Es existiert ein zweites Exemplar eines ähnlichen Fadens, der mit diesem verzwirnt werden soll (zu sehen auf dem rechten Bild).

This is my first attempt to knit with my own homespun yarn. The first state you can see in the picture on the left. It’s my favourite spindle with a thread composed from different colours. For the sake of clarity it will be a rather small project, very colourful, with yarn not too thin (ey, I’m still learning…) and strictly for domestic purpose only. There is a secont thread, very similar to thisone, which is supposed to be plied with it (as you can see on the right picture).
