Es ist furchtbar, einfach grauenvoll. Ich weiß gar nicht, was ich sagen soll. Und das mir! Ausgerechnet! Ich bin zutiefst verwirrt.

Ich will es erst mal kurz machen: Ich habe mir eben beim bekannten Internet-Auktionshaus ein Spinnrad, ein Louet S10, ersteigert.

Da ich bisher zur “ich spinne nicht”-Fraktion gehörte, aber schon länger vom Thema fasziniert bin, bin ich natürlich irgendwie überwältigt, dass ich mich tatsächlich durchgerungen habe … und schockiert … und euphorisch. Man kann auch nie zu viele Fähigkeiten haben. Mehr kann ich öffentlich dazu momentan nicht sagen, sorry.

It’s afwul, really horrid. I don’t know what to say. I don’t know how this could happen to me, how things could come so far. And I’m somewhat bewildered.

To cut a long  story short: I just purchased a spinning wheel by auction, a Louet S10.

I always said that I am not going to spin my own yarn, but I was somewhat fascinated. I started to think about it. And now I took the necessary step to move from theory to practice. I’m bewildered I really did it … and shocked … and euphoric. One can never have enough abilities, right? Sorry, but I can’t tell more at the moment.
