Zunächst bedanke ich mich für den Zuspruch wegen meines Seidenpullovers, für die vielen lieben Kommentare. Ihr habt mich echt aufgebaut. Ich werde ihn tragen, da er wirklich toll sitzt und passt. Und hinterher ist man ohnehin immer schlauer.

First of all I want to say thank you because of all the nice comments I received regarding the silk sweater. You really comforted me and cheered me up again. I will definately wear it, since it fits really good. I have learned a lot from this experience.

Jetzt ist es passiert, ich bin doppelt infiziert. Ich stricke gerade den Pullover Mönch von Marianne Isager. Das Garn (Spinni und Tvinni von Isager) ist phantastisch, eine tolle Qualität, wahrscheinlich wird man den Pullover irgendwann entsorgen, weil man ihn nicht mehr sehen kann, aber nicht, weil das Garn sich abnutzt. Da ich nicht nur gerne stricke, sondern auch sehr gerne lese, habe ich immer bedauert, dass eins zwangsläufig auf der Strecke bleiben musste. Bis jetzt, denn ich habe Hörbücher für mich entdeckt und kann so gleichzeitig stricken und meine geliebten Krimis genießen. Leider ist die Kombi auch hochgradig suchterzeugend…

Now it has happened to me: I’m infected in more than one way. Currently I’m knitting the Moench (Monk) Sweater by Marianne Isager. The yarn I use (Spinni and Tvinni by Isager) is phantastic, it’s just a wonderful quality and I think one will give away the sweater because one got sick of it, not because it’s battered. I’m not only a dedicated knitter, but an ardent reader as well. Therefore I always felt sorry I could only do one thing at a time- either knitting or reading. But this is over now, since I discovered the wonderful world of audiobooks. Now I can enjoy my beloved crime novels and thrillers while knitting. Unfortunately this combination is higly addictive…
